Before going into details of my experience with Fesal, there are few words I can tell here for my purchasing experience summary: Good price, Good service, fast response and extremely helpful. It was 2 years ago when I first came across Fesal, I searched around for Gessi product on the Internet for my new home. I sent quite large amount of enquiry to different Gessi product providers on the Internet in Europe (because of better price). And the response of Filippo of Fesal amazed me and his continuous follow-up work helped me a lot. Finally, I have chosen to purchase all of my bathroom and kitchen stuff from him (All are Gessi), plus one Blanco sink as well. During the purchase journey, as I have kept changing my mind a lot, this made me running out of time as I need those Gessi stuff to be arrived in very short time. But Filippo did helped me a lot with different solutions. And of course, finally, I got all the stuff I wanted on time. I don't think I have ever experienced better service in my life. Anyone who has a business should take notes from Filippo (including myself!). I have just completed a home renovation and wanted bath and kitchenware from Italy. When I priced it in Australia I was horrified at not only the cost and estimated time of delivery (16 weeks) but at the poor product knowledge by the salespeople. I researched the products I wanted online and fortunately found Filippo, who exceeded my expectations! Nothing was too much trouble. I'm sure Filippo never sleeps; every query I made was returned with an answer immediately. I was able to get all the product knowledge I needed from Filippo and in English. He was even able to get me products that weren't listed on his website. Since I was ordering a large number of items, I was nervous about payment, however, Filippo was extremely trustworthy even providing me with personal phone calls, photos and video footage of my goods being packed. As for transportation, I had some very fragile and large items (glass shower screens) which I was very worried may break in transit, however, they were packed beautifully in a wooden crate and no damage was experienced to any of my goods. Now I have made contact with Filippo, any time I want to buy anything from Italy he will be my first port of call not just because his prices are unbelievable but because of his amazing service. Upon realising the Gessi mixer I wished to purchase was more than AUD$900 from my local retailer, I went online to see if I could source it for a cheaper price. Immediately Fesal came up in the top five Google search results and upon sending an enquiry email I was immediately contacted by Filippo to see if he could assist. The sales team were very helpful and communicative and the products were much cheaper than anywhere else I tried. The product was made to order so took a while to ship and was in fact incorrectly delivered at first, but was sorted out very quickly and turned around with no fuss or cost to us. I have to admit to have been concerned about dealing with a "web presence" based on the other side of teh world. However, through conversing with Filippo on the live chat, I gained confidence from his professional and prompt handling of my enquiry, so I placed an order. Besides thge obvious concern about whether the goods would arrive, I was also concerned about possible damage in shipment as I ordered a large kitchen appliance. I shouldn't have worried, because standard of packaging - a large wooden crate - was the best I have ever seen by an international shipper. The goods arrived in good time, in perfect condition. I would recommend Fesal to anybody as being a first class company to do business with.

Reading the other reviews for Fesal I totally agree that Filioppo's online presence got a number of questions answered very quickly enabling me to make decisions and complete my purchase. Once on order the items took a while to come through (manufacturing issue), but Filippo kept me informed on the progress. Top online seller!

I bought 2 Gessi sinks from Filippo and they arrived safely and on time. What is most admirable, especially from an online trader overseas is that upon discovering a manufacturer's fault in one of the sinks after 3 months usage, Fesal sent me a brand new replacement free of charge and also paid for the pick up and shipping of the faulty sink back to Italy. This I have to say exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend buying from Fesal. All this is in addition to a discount for what I can buy from Hong Kong for the same goods.
