October and the other in early November. These delays are too long. The instructions on the order site should be more explicit regarding these deadlines (e.g. closure of companies in August...) The only information of the 4-week deadline is not sufficient in my opinion. I also find the follow-up not relevant. I always had to relaunch them and ask for the progress of the order. However, I appreciated their responsiveness in my questions. They always answered quickly and I thank them for that.

Excellent service, the 3 cooktops arrived within the predicted 4-6 week time frame. Even accounting for the 15% duties on importation this was a huge discount on buying the product locally which is monopolised and has unreasonable mark-ups.

Purchased a Musso Pola Stella 5030 professional ice cream machine. My questions were answered quickly prior to purchase by Antonio. He also kept me updated on the progress of my order. I was nervous at first because of the high cost of the machine but it arrived relatively quickly given it was shipped internationally and was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
