We ordered our product online and we received an immediate response from Filippo. He advised us the approx. delivery times etc and then he and/or Antonio proceeded to maintain regular contact with us every 7/10 days until the product was received from their supplier and ultimately shipped to us in Australia. The level of care and attention was simply the best and we have to say a great experience overall. Should not leave out Francesco who handled the shipping..

Delighted with the service received as well as the product itself. Unfortunately the first cooker hood was damaged in transit, however, there was no issue with arranging for a replacement to be sent out and for the collection of the damaged goods. Gold Star Service - highly recommend.

I ordered a 60cm blast chiller to Switzerland and they sent me a 45cm one. It took a couple of months to send me a replacement (meanwhile I had to store to wrong one). Now TNT are trying to charge me import fees on both of them even though the incorrect one was returned. Filippo Salbini claims it’s not his problem that I am being charged by TNT even though it was his mistake.

The website went down when placing our order so it was accidently placed twice. This was sorted out graciously and we were really happy with the quality tapware, the customer service, packaging and delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Like most people when it comes to shopping on-line especially with high value items we were initial sceptical. Much to our delight we have been extremely impressed with Fesal.com and the people who run it. Our dealings with Filippo, Maria and Antonio were impressive and seamless, nothing was too much trouble and everything was as promised. We purchased 2 ovens, a dishwasher, an induction cook-top and microwave everything was perfect. Their correspondence and prompt response made us feel comfortable with our purchase and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The extractor hood ordered was out of stock at the manufacturer Elica so we did have to wait for longer than planned for availability but we received regular emails so knew that our order had not been forgotten. Once shipped, the great communications continued and the shipment was very well packaged. Highly recommended company.

The company is very easy to work with. The ordering process, in depth discussion for my requirements, ( I ordered a gaggenau island hood and they pointed out the different options and accessories needed), information regarding delivery times and tracking. Payment was also secure and easily done. As I am located in the Far East, and this was the first time dealing with Fesal, I was initially a little hesitant although previous reviews gave me some confidence. After this very good experience I have every confidence to recommend them to my friends.

Buying overseas can always be of concern, as you don't know whether you're dealing with a genuine company or not. I found Fesal exceptional to deal with. Fillipo answered all of my questions promptly and reassured me I was dealing with a company of integrity. My range hood arrived exactly when expected and it was half the cost of buying the same item locally. Definitely recommend Fesal.

Excellent service and prompt delivery at an amazing price. I was positively surprised home simple it was to buy gaggenau ovens overseas and get them delivered to Adelaide. If you do not need your white goods immediately (i.e. you can wait ~6weeks) I can highly recommend using Fesal.

I recently purchased a B&B Italian Sofa and Bed from Fesal as well as a couple of Pianca Bedside tables. Their service and professionalism is next to none. Filippo and his team are dedicated and trustworthy. I have been dealing with Fesal now for three years and can honestly say they provide a fantastic service and work very hard at making sure their customers needs are met. If there is every an issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Filippo travels to Australia at least twice a year and visits with his clients personally should they request it. He has a strong knowledge of what the Australian customer requires, fluent in both English and Italian. I have no hesitation in recommending Fesal to those seeking to purchase outside of Australia. You will be in safe hands.

I would give zero stars if I could. This guy will apologise for issues, promise to rectify then totally ignore you. Happy to share my bad experience with him if it saves someone else from being suckkered by his promises.
