HENCE THE POLICY WAS MESSED UP AND THE WRONG AMOUNT OF MONEY TAKEN FROM OUR BANK AND IT TOOK 17 DAYS FOR US TO GET REFUNDED DESPITE US RENEWING ON TIME. WE HAD TO PAY OUR STAFF WAGES AND WE WERE £2.5K OUT OF POCKET WHICH CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR US. WE HAVE STILL NOT BEEN GIVEN OUR NEW ACCOUNT PERSON AND I SHALL BE LOOKING VERY SERIOUSLY AT GOING ELSEWHERE NEXT YEAR. WE EXPECTED BETTER.

Dean did his research and came back with an alternative cheaper and better policy, which he then pursued for me.
