Chase Templeton took the initiative in finding a different insurer with which we could have much the same cover noticeably cheaper, and made sure we were aware of this in good time to switch to the new insurer at the expiry of the previous policy.

Firstly, the new provider is cheaper but more importantly it covers the private wing in my local DGH, which my former provider did not. I have a pre-condition but this was taken on without a moratorium. Chase Templeton arranged the entire process with speed and kept me informed at all times. There was a hick up just after I had changed companies which I found somewhat disconcerting. However, CT called me immediately and reassured me by sending me a confirmation letter by email. (I have now received the new policy by post). I dealt with two advisors and each one was equally courteous and knowledgeable. Almost too good to be true these days!
