*update* They asked for "more details" but all they asked for was my name and number presumably to call me to try and sweet talk me into remove the review. I'll tell you what, how about you just don't rip people off? Don't trick your long standing customers into extending their contract for another 2 years when they buy new hardware outright? By all means if you provided the hardware for free I should stay for x time, but that's not the case, I purchased the hardware, I shouldn't then be obligated to use it any longer than I want to. When I contact you to explain yourselves I shouldn't have to wait months for a reply, when I finally do get through to someone offering me a discount on my card reader isn't sufficient for an subscription that's costing me over £2400 a year ----- You know how other companies say "no hidden charges!" EPOSNOW is all hidden charges, they advertise the software as affordable which it is if you need no features, but your software crashes on the weekend? Sorry you need a premium package for weekend support, you want to use it with xero? Another £25pm, you want to use the with your qr code software? Another £20 a month, want to use it with your rota software? Another £25pm, want to use our loyalty features, £10pm the bare bones of the software are free, any actual useful features are locked behind premium packages, can you pay a fee for all features? No, EVERYTHING is extra Then when you actually need customer service they take weeks to reply. It's a shame because the software and hardware is good, but they will milk you for every penny they can and offer zero support when you need it. There are equally good softwares out there for a fraction on the price, they only look cheaper because they don't tell you all the useful features are add ons

Al principio (enero 2024) todo muy bien y bonito, con muchos fallos técnicos, pero con paciencia para que lograrán solucionar... Hasta que llega 1 de agosto y uno de los técnicos me deja, literalmente, sin tpv, porque lo ha desinstalado (después de más de 2 horas al teléfono y no conseguir arreglar los fallos) y no lo ha vuelto a instalar. Llamas y es pésima la atención al cliente... La mayoría de veces ni responden, a los correos ni contestan... Solicito baja del servicio, porque me dejan sin software para mí negocio y a día de hoy (19/03/25) siguen pasando cuotas bancarias ni han dado de baja. Me dicen que tengo que avisar un mes antes... Pero estuve desde agosto solicitando!!!! Pésimo del todo, además, sin que nadie comprenda bien el español, sólo inglés!!! Así que aquí ando sin software, y con otro contrato de otros 12 meses de contrato porque no les ha dado la gana darlo de baja, estando más que solicitado, y además, me piden un dinero por algo que NO han dado. ME ARREPIENTO PROFUNDAMENTE DE HABER CONFIADO CON ÉSTA GENTE.

I have no doubt that having seen how paid subscribers to review pages are able to circumnavigate the rules that EPOS now will try and have this review taken out this all relates to items which I stated were sold due to not being clearly informed of section 10.4 of the terms and conditions of a email received by them but certainly not sent by mail or my machine signing my Christian name only in an unknown font matters dragged on and it took 10 phone calls in order for them to supply return labels 5 to actually get the authorisation and then five for them actually to supply the label they have also been asked for full disclosure of all matters including handwritten and computer notes and all they have provided to date is a number of telephone calls but there is nothing that I can determine by their appearance to cross reference against the calls that were made to ensure that all have been received and when members of staff were asked to detail certain information onto the system whether it was actually done or whether they decided to therefore avoiding the need for disclosure this matter could have gone away so easy I expect the company will try and have this review taken down. They have already said that they are refunding the money but social media states that there is a big difference between saying a refund is coming and actually receiving it. In addition to this there is nothing to say that they are going to draw a line in the sand and bring this matter which has caused much upset and distress to a rapid conclusion. I expect to get an email from trustpilot within 24 hours which will prove a point.

I signed up to Epos now over a year ago and paid the £41.39 first payment charge They did not have any demo or trial period and so i signed up after initially being impressed by the hardware. Upon signing up I realised that the software was not suitable for my business and it was no better than the manual invoicing I would do. Having sent several requests to speak to the developers, I was going around in circles re-explaining the issues and what I needed the software to do for my business It has now been 13 months since i signed up and until this day I have not been able to use the software and still have NOT had someone call me to discuss my needs and what can be done In that time I have been charged £608 in monthly fees and charges on top of the sign on fee Extremely disappointed and have asked to cancel the contract now. as a small business, I am finally opening up a new high street store in April (the whole reason for signing up) I will be giving my business to someone else
