Went slow and steady, dealt with each thing step by step, obviously had listened to what issues I was having at the start and just worked through them until everything was working as it should. Even when I couldn’t see what was right in front of me most of the time. He was amazing stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything. I would highly recommend him. Ireland | 23 January 2025A good POS system, easy to use. That's where it ends as their customer service is terrible to put it lightly. Customer service cannot resolve simple issues no matter how many times you ask them to resolve it. Prepare to be left on hold also. How you get an incentive to sign up in the beginning is that you are allocated a representative to assist you temporarily and you think it's amazing. But if you have any issues prepare for long waiting times to be answered, being left on hold because the agent does no have a clue and has to go ask someone. Cue the generic reply from Epos to this message instead of actually solving the issues.
