United States | 31 March 2025We have had multiple issues with this "service" and we have not even processed a single transaction. First we were sent a dirty device that was "refurbished." They did not even clean the machine which was covered in a sticky substance. Then they forgot to send us a charge cord for the device. Then the replacement device was broken. The battery did not hold a charge. Next, someone got into our account and was using our account loading over a thousand products. Then, we were told that we would not be billed until we started our season in April. We were billed the end of March. When I called to complain, they billed us twice for March. IT all sounds good, but too many issues and we have not processed our first transaction. We do not need these hassles while trying to run a business. Defiantly looking for another system.

I was told this was going to be investigated and fixed, but nothing has happened....oh yes actually something has, they kept my money again. This is so frustrating! Not delivering their service on time repeatedly is very unprofessional and very unacceptable..considering how expensive this company is, between fees and charges they apply...I am really looking forward to change company and go for something simpler that delivers the money on time with less charges. For now I have decided that I will put a review all the time they keep my money ...and I am still waiting for them to get in touch.

Terry with EPOSNOW was great listening to all my concerns and addressed everything that I had mentioned. He followed up the next day and continued to stay in contact with me to help me navigate the shipment and the process. The trainings have been great and I am more than pleased with the system. The customer service has been great and I can always get a hold of someone when I have questions.
