I placed my order on the 19th January for a folding shower screen. Over a week passed and I had still not received the item. I called the help line and was told that the item hadn't been dispatched to the courier and an email would be sent to their warehouse to find out why. Days later I still had not heard anything so called again. This time I was told that the warehouse had lost the last 35 of the screens I ordered and they no longer stock this item. I was told that I could have a refund but I am still waiting for this another week after calling for the second time. After ordering the shower screen on the 19th of January, it is now 3rd February and I still have no screen and no refund. I understand that if the item is no longer available they cannot deliver it but I would have expected a call to explain the situation and I would expect that they could have processed my refund within a week. The ordering process was straight forward and the staff who took my calls were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the disappearance of my order and then the lack of communication has left me very disappointed.

Our bathroom cabinet arrived with a broken mirror (damaged in transit), I contacted Splashdirect and the cabinet was replaced. A very helpful team.

I found it very easy to order and pay for my shower screen, however, even after giving my telephone number and a telephone number for the delivery address the courier called neither and just posted a call card. I could hardly blame him as neither number was on the delivery notice. Having grumbled about the lack of communication, the product was great and at a good price.

Easy order, delivery on time, great product, great price. Company does what it says, can't ask for more than that.

Ordered on 1st January with a 4 working day despatch, was showing as in stock, didn't receive tap until mid Jan, extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't shop their again.

Paid for next day delivery. Guaranteed by Splash Direct that items would be delivered on the Tuesday. Courier company delivered them on a Wednesday. Hoping for refund of next day delivery costs.

Still waiting for the products to be delivered and it is now 15 days after I ordered them. I have been promised twice by the courier company they use that they will be delivered on a specific day, but this has not happened. Very poor service.

I have used Splash Direct before + have had no problems at all. Goods arrive well packaged and delivery is as promised. All items that I have ordered have been of superb quality.

This modern statement sink fits beautifully in our very tiny cloakroom and we can still open the door.

The Torino Close Coupled Toilet is a very nice addition to the bathroom, but unfortunately the flush outlet valve was not complete , there was a missing part of the overflow pipe which makes the toilet useless . You would not make good the missing part and therefore am looking for a refund .

Good prices, average/fair quality of goods but order took over two weeks to arrive rather than the four days I was told, and me phoning to chase quite a few times. Also, getting a refund for a part was a nightmare! They lost the part and said I had not returned it,, so I had to get a proof of delivery from Parcel Force to show that they had signed for it. To be fair, once I proved they had it, they refunded me quickly but all in all not a great experience and I wouldn't use again.

Arrived ahead of schedule, easy to fit, works properly. If I had another bath I would buy another.
