The push button on the toilet I bought was not able to screw into where it should- to hold it in place (my plumber had to make a make-shift clamp to stop it falling through). I made several phonecalls, sent numerous emails with photos to explain the problem clearly. I even contacted the director out of frustration with the idiot replies I had so far received- he was no better. Not once was I even apologised to, the staff seemed intent on not understanding the problem (head? brick wall?) even with the photos which showed it clearly to anyone with half a brain, and the final result was them sending me exactly the same part (that didn't fit/wasn't suitable) During this time the flush mechanism itself then stopped refilling automatically. I have given up and bought a new toilet! (from a different company, obviously) Absolute rubbish. Dreadful company. Avoid.

Fitted these products a few months ago with no problems at all. Have waited until now to make sure there were no problems. Only one ... the `easily` removable toilet seat takes a lot of fiddling in order to remove. Apart from that, everything else is fine. The dispatch times and correspondence are excellent. I would certainly use this service again.

All items delivered were seconds. Delivery was very slow.

This was our second purchase from splashdirect and all was well until delivery. The carrier failed to deliver on the agreed day and as we were going on holiday the following day we had to ask them to keep the shower cubicle for a week and they promised to keep it safe in a holding bay. Immediately following delivery into our garage we had to unexpectedly go away again & didn't check the contents. When the installation started we found the packaging & shower tray were damaged in 3 places including the front edge. Didn't claim as our failure to check was our fault but the real blame lay with the carrier

My dealings with splash direct were awful. We ordered a shower door that arrived faulty, it took several emails and weeks later for them to sent out another shower door that was also faulty. It then took a further month to get a refund for the door! Terrible customer service, always promised to call back but never did. The calls cost per minute and I must have spent a fortune each time I called I spoke to someone new who promised to deal with the problem but never ever did.

Good product and delivery

The shower screen arrived very promptly. It arrived in a huge package, requiring a small trolley. However having had other suppliers provide minimal packaging resulting in damaged products, I was most impressed with the care taken to make sure the screen arrived undamaged.

I have been waiting nearly 12 months for some spare parts for a bathroom mirror and have now given up on them. There has been a long string of broken delivery promises and now they won't even answer my emails. I even paid in advance for these items and I am now left with an illuminated and mist free mirror which is neither. You have been warned!!!.

Soft close toilet seat? Easy to fit. Easy to remove and re-fit for cleaning. No problem! I would love it if Splashdirect stocked the same seat, in black with "sparkles"!!!!!
