Very efficient customer service, and extremely pleased with the shower screen we purchased. Installed by ourselves using the included instructions, with minimal stress (pretty miraculous in our house!!!!!). Great Price for a great product, looks great.

Delivery was swift and on-time. Splash direct kept me informed of what was happening to my order. Product was a direct replacement for the old bathroom cabinet. In fact it was a more updated cabinet as it came with soft close doors which was a nice surprise. I will definitely use splash direct again.

My son and I have purchased shower units etc and we have been happy with the products. Delivery has not been as good as it could be and the last items were stacked on two pallets on top of each other with slight damage to a profile. ( pictures to show if needed ) In the past all panels have come on semi vertical pallets. The corner profile to the shower unit is one of the worse designs I have had to fit. It is reliant on pressure onto the glass side panel which kept on slipping out. My son has used two with corner profile with a different design and was happy with it. He has helped me with this one and said he would never use the same system. One manual should be produced for the corner unit and not two with advice on the best practise on erecting the corner profile lubricating the rubbers or not.

Item delivered 2 days late, no warning. Had to email every step of the way to find out what was going on. Got replies but no apologies.

I was let down by my regular Bathroom supplier and gave Splashdirect my business. As promised they delivered on time and were very helpful. I will now use this company again to quote for my work.

The choice of goods and the prices were ok but the follow up procedures could have been better. After waiting days for news of a delivery I received an email saying goods would be delivered in the next 4 days !!! Actually they arrived the next day.

Ordered my Splashdirect Showerscreen just before Christmas and wasn't expecting it to be delivered until the new year as per the email confirmation. It arrived in between Christmas and New Year. Good job I was in the day of delivery as I hadn't been notified of delivery. That was the only slight gripe. Everything else was spot on from ordering. Arrived very well packed, very easy to install and is of great quality. Would have no hesitation in using Splashdirect again.

The product I bought had to be returned as it didn't fit, I had absolutely no problems at all just requested a return online as instructed and returned for a very speedy refund. would definitely use again.

Having used Splashdirect a few years ago, when we moved house recently I had no hestitation in ordering 2 - mirror door bathroom cabinets. I placed the order during the Christmas recess and recieved confirmation of the order early in the New Year. The cabinets were delivered as expected a few days later.
