Top quality! Ive purchased a few in my time, but they have never been as good as the one delivered. Packaging was superb too. (I wish I had ordered the shower enclosure from you, as the one I've had delivered is badly marked) Keep up the good work.

Ordered a basin tap,which did not arrive , mainly, I think, because of delivery problems with City Link and The Christmas period. It was eventually about 2 weeks before I received it. It would have been nice to have received an e mail telling me that the order was delayed. The staff were very polite and I was pleased with the tap and the price.

The service was good at first, but as things were starting to go wrong with my parcel the service went down as well! At first everything was going fine, the staff was helpful etc. Than the toilet seat i received broke within 24 hours, it looked cheap and it ended up being a rubbish quality seat. I had to start chasing them up because every time they said they would contact me i wouldn't hear much. When i finally received the new toilet set (having had a broken one by now for about 2 weeks due to the holidays, the parcel company going into administration and partly because of the slow responds of the staff) they delivered the wrong one. Again, I had to chase them up to get any information about how to get the right seat. I'm not at all impressed how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this company because of how things where dealt with.

Received the mixer tap as ordered, wrong size flexible hoses (10mm) were in the box. Phoned Splashdirect, was told to e-mail and send photo. Sent e-mail and photo of Flexible hose thread against a measuring tape. Hoses required should be 12mm thread. Received automated e-mail, they would notify me within 48 hrs. Sent another e-mail two days later and they still have not had the courtesy to reply one week later. Very Poor Customer Service Bill C.

Hi. This company is a joke!!!!!! Stay away and aware!!!!! I did order bath screen for £154 on 16th November. I have got text message that it will be deliver on particular day. I took day off. The item hasn't arrived. After so many phone calls and cancelling the order I have still not received my money back. It has been now almost 3 months since I have cancel the order. Stay away or they will rob you!!!!!!!!!!!

Only part of my order for a shower cubicle was delivered within the 3 days promised. Due to parts being missing, we have been waiting now for 6 weeks with a stripped bathroom and the inconvenience that brings. Despite around 20 phone calls and multiple promises that the missing parts would be delivered every few days, I am still without them. Promised on three separate occasions this week by their customer services that the items would be with me this week and been lied to each time. They don't even have the courtesy to phone back when they say even if it is to let you know not to stay in for yet another promised delivery that doesn't occur. Do not trust this company with your money, do not expect to get everything you have ordered, and for goodness sake do not believe a word that their customer service team tell you. Very disappointed and I will be talking to trading standards shortly.

If you actually get the goods you want, fine. But, if you don't, like me, BE WARNED! I ordered a toilet with a vertical/bottom waste outlet. I received one with a horizontal one, so I refused to accept delivery. Consumer law says that a full refund must be given within 14 days of notifying the seller, no excuses. I notified the seller 19th Nov 2014. After phone calls, email and contacting Trading Standards I finally received a partial refund 07 Jan 2015. Never again!

The whole process from placing the order to receiving the goods went smoothly, efficiently and without any problems, The 4 panel bath shower screen we purchased was excellent and of a high quality. The only complaint I have, is that the instructions for fitting the shower screen particularly in respect of the seals were a little vague. In particular with regard to at what point the bottom clip on seals should be fitted and which way around they should be. Also the fitting of the vertical seals between the panels were difficult to push on, particularly around the hinges.

Ordered two for my 2 new bathrooms. One was damaged upon delivery. After a quick phone call & photo proof of broken mirror, the product was replaced within & posted to me within a few days. Totally hassle free and great value for money. Love my mirrors as they light up and demist, always ready to use. Great customer service speedy delivery.

I ordered a shower screen for a bath which was advertised at £116, by the time it got to check out with the extras (vat / delivery) it was £163. The screen was out of stock and due in on the 17 Dec but I didn't receive it until the 24 Dec. The instructions for the installation of the screen could have been clearer with a few more cautions as you progressed in case of possible errors I would use again however I would place no particular loyalty.

Products were ordered in the run up to Christmas. They arrived the following day and I was very pleased with the product. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Splashdirect in the future.

I ordered a toilet seat on 22nd December and it hasn't arrived yet! So can't rate the efficient postal service too highly , it's been 11 days. However, it has been Christmas and new year so I will give it a day or 2 more before I complain .

Delivery delayed due to adverse weather affecting docking of ship. All enquiries answered promptly and in a pleasant manner. Item arrived as eventually rescheduled and now installed. Does appear sturdy however only time will tell how well it lasts.

Despite my email to SplashDirect regarding delivery I've neither had a response or the goods! Maybe it was the Christmas holiday or, if they sent it by City, the carrier. But either way the service has fallen short of expectation this time! Ongoing.
