Very disappointed, after reading other peoples reviews. Long story short odered failed to be delivered twice , failed to be contacted twice , had to contact yourself about delivery which had failed to be delivered . In the end was given the option to cancel which I did on the 17 th of Dec and was told my bank would be credited with refund ,it is now Dec 29th and bank account still to be credited , this i am affraid is not good service .

Lost 2 days of work sitting in the house waiting for couriers that never came, despite booking and confirmation. And to think I paid £35 for the priviledge... never again.

Splashdirect took the money from my account knowing they were unable to send me the goods as they had none in store. I had to keep on emailing them to fine out what was happening and it was almost 3 weeks before the goods were despatched. I will not be using them again.

Fast delivery, nice product value for money. Very pleased. Will keep this company in my favourites for future purchases.

In the name of honesty I'm reporting the few "niggles" I had The checkout process failed three times, which may have led to the money being taken for my account four times on one day before being replaced the next day (fortunately I had money in the account) The bathroom cabinets we ordered were delivered when they were expected and were in good condition. The outer packaging was slightly damaged and the bottom 3" of the boxes were absolutely soaking wet To summarise I would definitely purchase from Splashdirect again but would advise inspection of the packaging upon delivery

Splashdirect have a great range of products with all the information you need. We ordered a bathroom cabinet on the 7th Dec with a 4-5 day delivery. By the 16th we still hadn't received it so I called them. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and called me back within 15 minutes. The courier company (City Link) had delivered it on the 12th but they didn't know where to and apparently couldn't track it. Despite this Splashdirect sent another one out on the Wednesday to be delivered on the Friday however again it didn't arrive, but it did arrive sometime over the weekend. Overall I would recommend Splashdirect but I would suggest that they keep a closer eye on the courier company.

We have been happy with previous purchases from Splash Direct but this time it has been a nightmare. We ordered 2 bathroom cabinets - they arrived within 4 days as promised but both had smashed glass and dents in the corners. SD agreed to send replacements. The first replacement has just arrived and it too is smashed. City Link are the delivery company. I have been on the phone for 15 minutes listening to how important my call is, and then at 5pm the phone went dead!!!

Service was very good, goods arrived within the stated time. Goods was what was expected at the price. JR

Bathroom completely re-done. Needed a mirror cabinet, went to Splashdirect, very helpful on the phone, went ahead with the purchase. Totally satisfied with transaction, the advise, the price,delivery next day as promised and the quality. Other retailers should note how this company operates ! Thank you

Been waiting a week for a trim that didn't arrive with screen still not got it

Delivery company dumped a pallet on the pavement and refused to help carry goods in or take the pallet away after I had emptied it. Would not use again.

The instructions for fitting item were undecipherable and on contacting the company I was told more or less to get in a tradesman, they are the most unhelpful company I have ever bought from
