Product excellent. Service slower than expected, with poor communication.

Read the reviews first before ordering a shower screen form splash direct and I wasn't disappointed.It was delivered on time and it looks really nice in my bathroom.... I will be ordering from splash direct again.

I am disappointed - lovely products, nice people but an order placed 23 Sep 14 failed to arrive despite promises. Finally on 10 Dec 14 I asked for -and got -a full refund. I won't be coming back to this company.

I ordered a shower screen which was delivered when it was supposed to be. The price was the best I could find and the screen is up and looks good. Relieved and pleased.

This was a large order and was placed based on feedback from the web site.However several items that were ordered did not arrive.An email was sent out from.splashdirect after delivery had been made advising of this. However several other items also not delivered and no.mention of this from the company. Now still awaiting delivery of remaining items assured they will arrive by Christmas but have doubts this will happen. Would not use this company again based on this experience, actually have another property to fit out with bathroom equipment this company have lost that sale.

My telephone order was actioned quickly and efficiently and the on-line discount applied. Delivery was made at the agreed date and time. The product - 1200 mm sliding shower door - was well packed, fitting instructions easy to understand. The quality and appearance of the article are great and, now installed is smooth to use, I have no hesitation in recommending Splashdirect to anyone.

I ordered a double bathroom cabinet which lit up. It arrived very well packed up. But the screws in the cabinet to hang it on the wall were about 3 cm too small, so had to pack out the brackets on the wall with washers, then go and buy some longer screws. There was also glue over the cabinet I managed to pick off, the doors didn't close properly, but I also managed to adjust this, and a cover is missing from the one of the hinges. The instructions were poor and didn't make sense, but luckily I had put this sort of cupboard up before, so knew what I was doing. I wrote an email to complain, and got told, they had had a word with the engineers and I was sent the right fittings. Basically calling me a liar, was fuming with the whole process. No matter how much I wished, I could not get the fittings to stick out more to fit the brackets.

Items displayed as in stock were not. 4 days delivery turned into 2.5 weeks and only half the order arrived. Due to excess timescales and no definative final delivey date I had to god to another stockist and pay much more for an alternative item to allow the job to commence. Now in dispute over the faultly toilet afer paying in excess of £700 for plummers and parts. Toilet definately faulty!!! Company refusing to refund the full very expensive delivery charge. STAY CLEAR or USE AT YOUR PERIL.

Web site easy to use, cost of the shower screen very reasonable, quality more than adequate and delivery (normal service used) on time. The screen has been installed and seems to be working well. If you want a good deal then Splash Direct would be well worth a visit.

Pleased with the quality of the product. My husband is good at DIY which was as well as there were no written instructions just a diagram. It was said that it would be dispatched in 4 days and it was on day 4.

This product was not in stock when we ordered but it was delivered on their expected date three weeks later.The product is fine and arrived well packed in its manufacture's box. However it was then further packed in an oversize box with Splashdirect logo. This box was badly damaged and was unnecessary for product protecrtion

Originally ordered a shower screen on 14th November - this finally arrived on 8th December. Total mess up by courier and miscommunication by Splashdirect. Enquiries team gave the impression they were doing all they could to resolve the issue but no ownership taken. Would not use this company again.

Bought basin, didn't fit so returned. Took one month for refund by company inspite constant chasing. If u are awaiting refund, pls make sure u check bank statements to confirm

bought screen on opening ready to fix found it fell apart, asked simple question can the rivets be put back in or is it faulty told send photos after several attempts went back to them still awaiting out come 2 weeks later. its heavy screen 5 panels leaning against my bathroom wall not good enough have to struggle to move it to shower husband who s disabled im in my 60s will await outcome

Very poor customer service, was sent 20 sets instead of 2, they did not know, I informed them, they collected, without informing me they were going to, no problem, they could have lost £500/1000, but not a thank you, until I sent another mail, have now gone elsewhere for other taps, very poor company.

The goods were dispatched in 5 days not 4 but I wasn't in a hurry so no problem there. No tracking information was available so I waited patiently for the goods to arrive but they didn't. I contacted Splashdirect who referred me to the carrier. The carrier referred me back to Splashback as they needed their authority to re-arrange delivery. Apparently, the driver had been unable to locate the delivery address so the goods were about to be returned to Splashback. The goods finally arrived (obviously this time the driver had GPS!) 11 days, 2 emails and a phone call after they were ordered. Not sure I would go to the bother again!

Very happy with the bath screen, good quality and looks lovely, definitely recommend.
