Goods never arrived. Although money went from bank account immediately. Customer service experience was poor said item now not in stock. A month later and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to me.

It was easy to make the order and the delivery was very smooth. One of the pieces was out of stock and I will have to wait 2 months for it which seems a long time but I was made aware of this prior to ordering.

Ordering was simple and straightforward and delivery very prompt. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item in error and that is where my problems start. I e-mailed the returns department as advised from the website but received no response. I sent a further e-mail where I did eventually receive a response but was asked if I wanted to return the item.........from my e-mail it was evident that a return was required. So I responded yes and requested a returns form. This time I received a automated reply, advising this person was on annual leave. I then sent a further two e-mails with no response at all. At a loss, I decided to call the company and was finally able to obtain the returns form. It cost me nearly £13 to return the item due to the weight, but this did guarantee 48 hr delivery and a signature. I have received the date, time and signature from this well known courier company that my parcel has been delivered but am still waiting to hear back from 'Splash Direct'. The returns and customer service is appalling.

We bought a bathroom cabinet for our ensuite in Sep. 2013 with a 10 year G'nt. It showed a small fault in Nov. '14 and within two or three days of contacting the company & emailing a few photo's to verify the problem they sent out a replacement cabinet to me without any fuss or hesitation ! Absolute 1st Class service ; cant praise them high enough & will certainly buy from them again - no doubt about that.

Splash Direct sent me my ordered shower screen as soon as it was available. It is extremely good value and the design of mixed fixed-plus-folding-in-both-directions very difficult to find elsewhere. My bathroom designer said what fabulous value.

Thought I’d found a good supplier of quality goods. Never got to find out as goods never turned up! Paid for next day delivery but never got it until 4 days later. Was too late then, item sent back. I was never emailed with details of what was going on, I had to keep phoning up. Was then told that a new courier was being used and it was there fault. It took over two weeks to get my money back. I like most people understand that not all thinks go right all the time but being lied to is not the way forward. What really happened is that my order was over looked and not sent out, but they did not want to tell me that. If the courier they are using is no good I suggest they get a better one, one that does deliver on time. Will have to think long and hard before I think of using them again, very disappointed.

Great product, delivered quickly and simple to install.

Were thrilled with the cabinet which came at half price. Really spacious height inside but not too deep to hang above the wash basin. No head bashing while teeth scrubbing! Also love the self closing doors which I hadn't realised they would be.

I have been buying a few bits for toilets I have been fitting I ordered a wall hung toilet and shower from them that was left boxed for a couple of months before fitting it. On removing toilet seat from packaging noticed it was broken after several e mails and sending photos of cracked corner of lid they refused to change it giving it was not damage that could have been done in transit. I have reluctantly paid £30 in total to them to get it replaced. Have two more bathrooms to fit will be buying from competitor on line supplier instead. also two friends fitting bathrooms have been warned about their customer service

My disappointment is in the details. It drives you mad when you unpack an otherwise good product only to find that three vital stainless steel screws are missing ! It will be hard to find the same size in B & G ! Will Splashdirect be able to send me replacements quickly ? We will see !

This is the second time we have dealt with Splash Direct. Great prices and service. Would definitely recommend.

Having used a similar product previously I was happy to find the quality was still the same. easy to fit and works well when using a shower curtain. Some issue with stock levels, took some time to supply but was happy to wait.

We are so thrilled with are cabinet.After viewing other cabinets in various stores.we decided to look on line and found one with your company and we are so pleased we did as the quality far exceeds any of the previous ones we looked at.

I'm afraid dealing with this company wasn't fun. Their technical problems meant I couldn't pay online. So I rang them and they had the same technical problems. I ended up paying twelve times, although to be fair they did end up refunding eleven of them. More importantly, I specifically ordered a square-shaped bath shower screen and they delivered a curved one. By the time I'd cut it out of the wrapping, the fitter was here and it was too late to exchange it. The sales person got all preoccupied with whether the packaging was intact enough for them to take it back. And although she was trying to be helpful, she could only perhaps offer a replacement some time next week. So I'll have to live with something I didn't order. The product looks decent enough quality - just not the one I ordered. Not a nasty company at all - just a bit of a shambles
