Ordered the item required arrived on time and well packed so there could be no breakage and the price and quality was brilliant . Would definitely use this company again

Great value prompt delivery look superb in bathroom

I ordered a shower screen and paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive & I had no notification from Splashdirect at all. It wasn't until I called twice that I was told the order was damaged so was returned to depot. I then rearranged for delivery again and was then let down a second time by the delivery team. The third time they tried to deliver they took it back to depot as no one was in even though I had left instructions to leave it down the side passage. The fourth time they went to deliver they text me 30 mins before the hour window of delivery, luckily I was able to arrange for one of my neighbours to take delivery. I was very relieved to receive the screen (2 weeks after I ordered it). I left it for my builders to put up and returned home to find that they had sent the wrong shower screen!! I called to complain but they said as I hadn't checked it then it was my fault & they wouldn't replace it because it had been put up. They did say that they would give me 25% off a new screen (the one I had wanted in the first place) - I declined. I have also had to chase to ask to be refunded for the next day delivery fee - £15 - as of 02/11 this has still not been received. I think the level of service I have received has been appalling and would never use this company again

If you are looking for shower screen this is the place tod go great prices and quality small problem with delivery would be good if given a timed delivery ie between 9 and 1 etc but screen great looks fabulous in the bathroom

Great corner cabinet looks great in the bathroom,only one worry when buying cabinets is the glass ,will it start to rust ! That is the silvering on the back of the mirror starts to flake off,As some time ago we bought a cabinet from Tesco and the glass went in a few months,But only time will tell.this one looks well made also a great price.Delvered very well packed and on time.👍

Very good product delivered on time, only problem was aluminium channel was dented on one side. Managed to knock it out with piece of wood and hammer. Not perfect but to much bother to send for a replacement. Delivery firm not handling goods properly. This is the second screen I have ordered first one no problems, been installed for some time and is as good as new. Company excellent,delivery firm poor.

screen looks great, the instructions could be better as the drill sizes were wrong but overall very happy with our experience.

Ordered a loo seat and a new grip thing for the shower. Prompt email to inform that the shower thing would be unavailable for some time - very helpful. Loo sets was great quality and good price. Would definitely use again.

The delivery time was quite long considering I had to pay for it. Fortunately the product was worth waiting for. My missus is delighted with it.

Purchased ella square folding shower screen,.15 mins to install ! 15 mins to unpack ,that's good .One and half hours to fit. , instructions a little vague. Two of the folding hinge screws not machined correctly, impossible to screw in without damage. Fitted screen, quality good . Asked for replacement screws. offered complete screen but already fitted original. manufacture refused to supply two screws !!!!!!! Would not recommend at all.

Disappointing in that when I ordered (on a Sunday,) I was told delivery would be 4 working days. I needed the goods quickly for a building project and was told to expect them Friday. Nothing Friday, so I rang and was told they would arrive Monday. Nothing Monday and they eventually arrived Tuesday. I complained and asked for a refund of the delivery charge as the service had been poor. Was told they would look into it and call me back. Unsurprisingly, not a word. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend them to anyone else. Now, on the other hand SaveWater SaveMoney are excellent...

Informed at 9pm in the evening that delivery would be the between 10am and 3pm next day. Rang as soon as they opened to say that at this short notice it wouldn't be possible for anybody to be in, incredibly rude young girl told that i'd been given plenty of notice and they'd therefore charge me £35 to redeliver. Cancelled my order by they kept £35 delivery charge. Its daylight robbery. Steer completely clear unless you can be at home at the drop of a hat!

I bought a bath/shower screen and it arrived within the delivery period, the only issue was the packaging was damaged. I rang SplashDirect and explained I couldn't check inside as I didn't have time and they said that wasn't a problem. When I opened the packaging the wall plate was slightly bent on the tip, not worth sending back just straightened myself. Installation straight forward, looks great and is good quality. SplashDirect good to deal with and quality of product good but may be worth reviewing the delivery policyas the package was badly damaged.

The taps I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition, but in a massive box three-quarters filled with (somewhat unnecessary) packaging. The taps are good, but were not easy to install, since the pipes between the taps and the spout are rigid, and what I needed was flexible pipes - fortunately our plumber was able to bend them.

Do not buy from this company. The experience from start to finish is terrible. The offers are a load of old Bull. I would shop else where. Good luck if you do use them! I wished I had done my homework.
