This product albeit says it is hinged the picture does NOT show the actual offset hinges. So I purchased it to screw straight into an end frame of a wall, like all usual hinged shower screens that then fit into the previously fixed u channel. So now a nightmare to secure into a hollow cavity gyrocompass wall

Ordered a shower screen from Splash direct.Great delivered within 2 days on closer inspection found they had delivered the wrong screen.Phoned they apologised and reordered the screen and arranged for other one to be picked up.A few days later on returning home the said screen had been delivered to my neighbour, it had been dropped by the couriers, smashed and taped up.I again got in touch with splashdirect and sent photos of damaged screen, l was told they would reorder it and could l dispose of the broken one.Then l got an e-mail saying they were out of stock could l wait till the 21/10/2014.l said yes as l really wanted this screen at this price.Low and behold its the 22/10, l nearly took delivery of a shower screen but checked the size and they have sent me the wrong size screen yet again, l sent it straight back, got in touch they apoligised yet again and have reordered the screen.l live in hope but not much else.lf l were you go to a shop and bring it home direct, do not use this company.

The shower screen I had ordered arrived on time but was badly damaged. I was offered the option to refuse the delivery by the carrier who took a photograph of the damage and returned the screen to the depot. I phoned splashdirect on the delivery day, Friday, to discuss what had happened and they offered me a refund or a replacement screen. I opted for a replacement screen which was scheduled to be delivered on the following Tuesday but it did not arrive. I had originally paid for next day delivery. Because I could not be at home for a number of days/weeks, I phoned splashdirect to cancel the order and refund the cost. They apologised for this and said that they would refund the cost. Shame about this because I liked the shower screen on their website.

Having now purchased both a wall cabinet and mirror, we can say that the quality and service has been first class. Well done "Splashdirect".

the products I had ordered had been discontinued, [name] at splash direct said she would arrange a refund that day, a week later I still had no refund in my bank, I contacted [name] again and she said she would mark it as urgent and I would have my money back within 5 days. As yet a month later I still don't have my money back, at £100 its not a small amount. I do not understand why a company can hold my funds for this long with no explanation.

Website needs a lot of improvement. It should state which items are available for next day delivery. Customer service was very slow and horrible. Would not buy from splash direct again

The whole process from ordering to receiving the bath screen was excellent. The product is exactly as described, I do agree with other reviews on the fact that the sliding door is not very smooth and takes a bit of strength to move back and forth. Other than that no complaints.

Plumber quoted me £165 for cistern and install, found a cistern myself on splash for £28 and had it installed for £50 so big saving!
