When the Screen was delivered it looked OK from the first glance, but when my fitter opened everything to fit the screen, the metal side upright bar has a dent of an inch and a half on the edge. Unfortunately it would mean another wait of one more week for a replacement. We didn't bother to report this and tried to straighten it out as much as we could. This is purely time issue from our part.

product purchased was good value, good quality but was not delivered within the original delivery time because of inventory issues. Happy with response and attempt to rectify but still took longer than anticipated. Will use again but will allow longer delivery time

The ordering process was easy, the unit price was very competitive, the items (three self-closing toilet seats) were delivered on time & undamaged and this morning we popped them on in just a few minutes. ordered late Sunday night, phoned them on Monday to clarify that the off set shower unit would fit - all knew their products. Despatched Monday arrived Tuesday. fantastic service, brilliant company to deal with.

Bought the Tetra shower when the box arrived it was virtually empty, thought it was a joke, emailed and phoned and new one was sent, this time with all the parts but a different installation sheet but fortunately the first box contained the correct instructions, at least there was one thing right in the box. Check what you get.

This was the first time I have ordered from SplashDirect and the order process was easy. The only down side was that I paid £74.99 for a delivery which was expected on 30th September to my home. However the item got lost and I have just taken delivery on 6th October. The customer service team were excellent especially Jo who was fantastic and could not fault her input.

Any queries are answered ASAP and dealt with immediately. Correspondence is 100% with satisfaction. Problems are resolved immediately. After sales service is spot-on. I recommend this company to everyone wanting value for money.

I still cannot understand why it takes "up to 4 working days" to despatch goods from a warehouse. I called them on the 4th day (Tuesday) and was assured that the goods "would be shipped today". Next day the goods hadn't been shipped, a day late. When I called again (Wednesday), I was told there had been a problem with one of the items but the goods were to be shipped "today" (although all items were showing as being in stock on the website). Wednesday evening I received a TEXT MESSAGE from a carrier saying I could track a package but their website said they hadn't received the package yet. Two parcels did arrive at 11am on Thursday morning and the goods were as ordered..... and I received an email from Splashdirect at 4pm saying they had just despatched the goods I just hope my second order has better more efficient results ... but I've already been told there is a 2 week delay of the arrival of the container, by ship, from their supplier

We ordered a value shower screen which is of an excellent quality for the price. We found the website and customer service all very professional - the only snag was that the first shower screen arrived broken because it hadn't been packaged properly and was loose in a big box without any bubblewrap or protective packaging. However, Splash Direct didn't quibble about sending us a replacement which arrived 4-5 days later, properly packaged and without any problems.

Ordered bathroom suite and paid for next day delivery then told not in stock had to make several calls to get things moving only when I asked for money back did I get told now in stock and on route seven days + later. product good quality and very pleased only the service let them down.

I ordered my shower screen next day delivery because my plumber was goin on holiday and my wife who is heavily pregnant with twins couldn't wait to have a shower any lengthy period. It arrived missing the shower tray it took a day of emails to discover what actually had happened to it. Then the next day I was assured it would arrive a day later. In fact it arrived 5 days later! So a week late in total. I was refunded the next day delivery fee eventually but given nothing for my inconvenience. Even when i mentioned by the time I received my item it was on the website 20% cheaper than I had paid .

It was a fast efficient service, and came very well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Splash Direct.
