Very happy with product. Have 2 wall mounted heaters already

To their credit, after my review, my heaters did come in a timely fashion, and eheat was really interested in contacting me and and working things out. They also refunded my taxes and shipping costs without me asking, as a show of good customer relations. Was my first experience an anomaly? perhaps. I just hope it was, and everyone's experience with eheat will be as smooth as my second time around when ordering. FIRST I ORDERED 9 HEATERS AND 9 TIMERS ON NOV.11TH. SO FAR SO GOOD TWO WEEKS LATER I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING WHERE ARE THEY? AND THEY SAID THEY WERE REALLY BEHIND ON THEIR ORDERS OK I WILL GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT...... THEN I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THEIR SHIPPER SAYING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 24TH. IT DID NOT COME. THEN I GOT THIS ON DEC. 26TH !!!!!!!! "There was an error in placing your order with eheat; taxes and duties were not applied to your order. For this reason your refund for Canceled Order # xxxxxx has been processed for $1281.82 USD and you should see the funds applied to the account associated with the credit card ending in xxxx within 3-5 business days If you would like to reorder please give us a call and we will gladly assist you. (Home of the Envi Heater)) Toll-Free 800-807-0107 Direct 713 589-3220 THAT'S RIGHT, INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME A FEW MORE DOLLARS, THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER!!!!!!! THEN I CALLED ON DEC 27TH AROUND 2PM, AND WAITED 45 MIN. LISTENING TO THE WORLDS MOST ANNOYING ON HOLD MESSAGE OVER AND OVER..... THEN I FINALLY GOT A PERSON, WHO I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH FOR 45MIN. WHO WENT TO THEIR SUPERVISOR FOR EVERY STEP. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. THEN 45 MIN. LATER SHE CALLED BACK. I WENT THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT CARDS FOR PAYMENT IN THE NEXT 45 MIN. AND SHE COULD NOT MAKE THEM WORK AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT AND I SHOULD CALL MY BANK TO FIX IT. THEN I GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY CARD FRAUD DEPT. SAYING EHEAT CHARGED ONE OF MY CARDS, CANCELLED THE ORDER 5 MIN LATER AND TRIED TO PUT IT THROUGH AGAIN ANOTHER 5 MIN LATER, AND AT THAT TIME THE BANK FROZE MY CARD AND I HAD TO SPEND 30 MIN. ON THE PHONE WITH THEM TO GET MY CARD UNFROZEN. FINALLY I HAD TO PURCHASE THEM ALL OVER AGAIN ONLINE.WILL THEY COME? TIME WILL TELL. WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW IF ANYTHING GOOD HAPPENS.

I just purchased 2 additional w Eheat envi convection wall heaters. I already have 4. I never use my baseboard electric heat.

I have 2 Envi heaters, both work great including low cost. Would recommend.

Based on the testimonials, I decided to give eHeat a try. I have an older home built during the oil shortage in the 1970's with no central heat burning wood at the time. Currently I burn direct vent heat and log burning stove Propane heaters to heat the house and it is still cold in here in the Winter burning over 1,500 gallons of Propane a season. I hope this will help reduce that usage. Crossing my fingers!

This is my 4th heater I got through eheat/envi. This most recent one seems even better as it appears they upgraded this model a little bit. The top is slightly different looking and it seems more powerful than my other ones (the room heats up faster than the other 3 I have). I got a good deal for the price, it is energy efficient, and I would recommend this item to others.

Best heater ever. Everything they say about them is true; very efficient, silent, low profile and totally dependable. We have purchased 3 and our neighbor has 8 ( her house is two story, 23 feet tall and wide open. She, too, is completely satisfied.

Love the product, this is my second one

I Have been using Envi heaters since their conception. I have replaced my large baseboard heaters with these. Much better air/temp control as my wife had ailments and conditions that required a more controlled environment. Older ones still in use, just upgrading to the new version for comparison.

I just ordered a new heater for the bathroom. I have one heater that I have been using in the garage & it works so well I ordered a second for another under heated room. These are safe around pets & children! Also I have not noticed any increase in my electric biil with these!

Bought one, installed it, an hour later ordered a 2nd. Then woke up next morning felt the temperature it maintained and ordered 2 more for a total of 4. For under 500 watts, you cant afford not to heat with these.

The heaters are easy to install and work great! They heat up a medium sized bedroom - boosting a single, challenged, old fashioned forced air heating duct upstairs in my 1909 house. I've installed a plug-in unit in all three bedrooms and everyone loves them. They are not hot to the touch on the front panels. For reference, where I live it gets down to freezing outside but usually is in the 40s F. As you can guess, this old house has limited insulation. I didn't give 5 stars because pre-sales tech support was not very knowledgable at the time I ordered my first units, last year. However, all questions were answered by good instructions included with heater.

Suffer no more in a large, tiled master bathroom. This is our second home with a large master bathroom-- lovely, but uncomfortably cool, even when the heat in the rest of the house feels fine. in both homes, we used eheaters to add soft warmth to the entire bathroom. We also installed a second eheater in our basement guest bathroom. Since we don't regularly spend time in our basement, we turn on the eheater only when we have guests and it takes the edge off of the temperature. We don't think people even realize it's in there, but they'd definitely feel the chill without it. One of our close friends just bought a new home with an enormous master bathroom. Our housewarming gift is an e heater.
