Love these heaters. I have several in my house already and took advantage of the sale.......however, i mis-read the notice and thought i was to get 25% off, but learned later that was if I bought 2 heaters. A bit confusing, but nonetheless, these work great.

I placed my order this morning so at this point I can only critique their website. Their website really needs some adjustments to make it user friendly. First they offer a code to input to receive a special discount. I usually cut&paste so as to avoid any typos. However their website will not accept that - you must type the code. Second, once you place an item into the cart, if you go back to the original page to check on anything, there is no way to get back to the cart without putting something more in it. (when I get back to the cart I delete the extra item I put into it in order to get there) Hard to explain but anyone that uses their site will see what mean. I just hope that I like the items I order and I will forget about any negatives I experienced.

I ordered two wall heaters a few years ago and just love them. That order was filled promptly, they installed easily, and work great. In fact, I will probably order another in the near future, and just last evening recommended your company to a friend.

I have used Envi heaters for several years. Replaced the last blower heater with a hard wired Envi. Works great. The idea the house is completely silent is great. Just got floors insulated and cut the power bill another 25%. Efficient and easy to install!

Best heater ever, we started from 1st generation heater, till now, together purchased around 20 of them, for my rentals and own house, love the look and quiet features, save tons of energy bills, so glad we found eheat company!

I was misled Amazon whereby I thought I was buying an Envi unit. Envi is a much better quality unit.

These are very good heaters. I have purchased three of the Envi wall mounted plug in heaters for use as supplemental heat in a converted attic space and they work very well. I believe that they are very safe and economical to use. One comment I would like to make is that the Envi heaters do not heat fast, so if are are using them in an area that you do not heat regularly, you have to give them adequate time to heat the space. One thing I would like to see in these units is a built in led temperature control. Eheat sells a plug in thermostat (PT300) with led readout which I'm sure would work great if you live in close proximity to the area you are heating. Since I do not live near the house that I am using the Envi heaters in, I opted of another brand that I can control with wifi. When I know we are going to this house, I can use the app to turn on the envi heaters to a specific temperature a day in advance and it is comfortable when we get there.

Good overall experience. Good products. Return policy timeline should be longer as I bought heaters in advance of project.

Very easy to install, and are doing a great job of quietly heating my home. I removed all the Cadet brand heaters, and replaced the thermostats with the programmable ones eHeat offers. Very easy to do, and so much better than what we had before. Home stays evenly heated and silent!
