I HAVE HAD 3 ENVI HEATERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED. JUST ADDED A 4TH.

In the 4 years I have owned, twice the plastic mounting brackets/clips have failed causing the unit to fall off the wall. Clearly a design flaw. Stronger brackets are needed. After my initial review above was posted, I was contacted by Envi Heat Operations Manager. He generously offered to supply replacement mounting clips at no charge. The brackets have arrived, the heater is now reinstalled and functioning. My advice to others is to place a fender washer behind each mounting clip to make it stand out a bit from the drywall and do not overtighten the holding screw to avoid creating additional strain on the bracket. Exceptional company responsiveness and customer service after the sale. Uncommon these days. I would purchase from Envi Heat again. I like the product and the weakness of the brackets can be mitigated as noted above. My updated review would have been 5 stars except the brackets should have been stronger to begin with. We installed two plug in wall heaters in a new small woodworking shop. While they do not have sufficient heat to rapidly heat up the space, we find the steady heat they produce keeps the space quite warm, even when the outside temp is below 0 degree F. We then use a larger electric heater to bring the room up to working temps (60-65F), and then let the wall heaters sustain that level throughout the day. Easy to install, safe to operate, easy to clean.

We use them in our rental properties in Connecticut. They are an excellent supplement and very energy and cost efficient.

Their customer service is so detailed, thoughtful and attentive. They helped correct my order on my mistake with the product I needed. Their product allows me to not use my noisy, dirty upright gas wall heater and replace that heat with their clean, quiet, more dry heat. (We in the Pacific Northwest always have too much cold humidity and water in the air). Thank you for this solution!

Works great. We have a old house. One room upstairs has no heat vent. This heater heats up the entire room on low. Can be left on with the thermostat. I just bought a second one.

Great little heaters and easy to install. Love the low wattage and low cost and lack of moving parts to break. Work well in the bedrooms and bathroom of our poorly insulated, 1946, Albuquerque house during winter temps in the 20’s. The only other heat in our house is a wood fireplace insert in the living room which really only heats the living room, thus, the Envi’s.

I had previously had an E Heater & unfortunately left it in my last residence. Loved it because it saved on my heating bills. So this is a replacement as I'm in a townhouse now & my downstairs is much colder than upstairs.

I have purchased 4 eheaters, they are great. Specially when we have guests that like their room warm and we don't have to heat the whole house for those who like a cool bedroom .

I am a repeat customer to eHeat. I moved to New Mexico from Maine in retirement and amazingly winters here have gotten colder. I have solar power so efficient electric appliances are a must. I received an email from eHeat for a 20% discount on a 2nd generation version of the same heating panel that I purchased in Maine. I used it in my basement to supplement the oil heating in my house and it saved me a lot of money in the winter there! So it was a no-brainer to jump on this offer! I’m truly looking forward to the same or even better performance that I had back then now in New Mexico! EHeat makes great products that I give my highest recommendation to anyone that needs reliable heating that won’t cost you a fortune to use!

This will be our 2nd heater. We like the low profile and especially like the safety aspects of the units.

Issues; Customer Service Web site stated 1 to 2 business days to ship (but need to take holidays into account) Although ordered around holidays, order status was awaiting fulfillment. When I called customer service, another 12 days before fulfilment. Obviously, Haven't had a chance to review unit, but will if it arrives .

The temperature in my bedroom during the winter time used to be extremely drafty due to having baseboard heating. I would normally use a blow heater as a secondary heating source, which adds a monetary strain on my electric bill. Now that I use the Envi Heater, my bedroom is comfortably warm and cozy at a steady temperature; no hot or cold area in my bedroom, and. There wasn't a drastic increase on my electrical bill, which is a plus! I love Envi Heater so much that I'd bought three more to use in my house where there are cold drafts and as a gift to my friend.
