Unfortunately the delivery company used fell short in their service, twice returning to depot with my items. Thankfully a very nice lady at Simply Paving kept a close eye on things and helped with follow up phone calls . Highly recommended , would advise anyone to use Simply Paving.

A really great experience buying from Simply Paving, having been let down by another company I was not expecting the brilliant service they have provided. The communication was clear, & the delivery company kept me informed as to when they were coming, and they put the very heavy pallet where I needed it. Awful customer service. Took over 2 months to not resolve but get a refund and the mess of broken patio slabs removed from a clients front drive. Lots of lies and buck passing at the end of the phone. Second time using the company and second issue with the company. Will never recommend or use again.

Excellent customer service! We've bought paving from simply Paving on several occasions without a problem. But when our latest order arrived, two slabs were broken, despite being carefully packed on a pallet. As soon as they were informed, they replaced the slabs immediately. And when one of the replacements was also broken-- again despite being well-packed-- they doubled the packaging for the replacement and even sent an extra slab for free.
