My partner and I ordered the Bromley 3-seater-sofa-bed. They originally sent the wrong cushions, but solved it within 2 days. When we sit, you can hear the squeaky sound from the metal bed underneath. Can you please confirm this is expected? Thanks

Love the colour. Great showroom experience. Delivery was faultless. Great product. As expected in terms of size and comfort. One v small thing. We were told 6-8 weeks and from order to delivery but it took notes like 9-10 with a storage charge caveat! Not a drama but expectations management is and if you are going to charge for storage better to be 100% on your own service levels.

We placed an order for our new sofas and were really looking forward to having them in our new home. We were told they will arrive in 6-8 weeks on our invoice and communications with the team which seemed reasonable. By the end of week 7 we hadn't heard anything so we began to get worried. We spoke to the DoC staff via email and phone and they assured us that our sofas were en-route to their warehouse and would be delivered the following week. Days passed and we received no further updates, so we chased again the following week, only to learn that the sofas would now be delayed for another two weeks. The agent on the phone insisted this was always going to be the timeline, while another representative apologised via email and blamed 'warehouse staff sickness' for the delay. We received our sofas 2+ weeks late but they forgot to send the feet. We had to chase the DoC team again for 1 week before they were sent out. I would not recommend purchasing from this store, go with a more reliable company that you don't have to constantly chase.

Thousands spent with this company. Terrible customer service and no attempt to resolve. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Quality of the products are cheap, come damaged and a load of rubbish. I am pursing a claim to recover all funds.

The showroom is pleasant, the sofas look nice, and our experience of after-sales was very good. But the sofas (at least the one we bought, which we got about two months ago) doesn't feel worthy of the £3000+ we paid. The fabric is good quality, but the seat cushions are unsupportive and the back cushions are already showing signs of losing their shape.

Service is really good from this company. From instore, and the vast choice of sofas and Fabric, to ordering and delivery. I’d encourage you to chat to the staff in store cos they really do know about which types of fabric are suitable for your household.
