Great range of suites & varying in designs & comfort. The sales people were very good & helpful. I would recommend Darlings to friends etc.

There is a constant 30% “time limited“ sale on, which is just pressure selling. The lead time for the sofa was wildly underestimated, we’re now nearly a month over what we were initially told. Have tried to make contact with our sales representative, constantly get out of office replies. Tried to call to the main customer service and got what sounded like a moody teenager trying to shirk responsibility back onto the showroom sales rep. I have now not received any communication for the last week despite being told that they’d contact me with an updated ETA. Feels like they’re just trying to keep stringing me along, not providing a realistic ETA so I don’t demand a full refund… which they’d need to give as they’re breaching the Consumer Rights Act. Infuriating. Stop advertising 30% off sales to collect more orders when you cannot fulfil! Update: DofC have been quick to request more details to my trustpilot review, still no reply from customer services. They’re all about making the sales and not providing the service. Update since reply from DofC: they stated the sales rep has been in touch. This is a lie. I haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks and that call was to say they needed to confirm the ETA. Nobody will answer this simple question.

From placing order in Birmingham and receiving expert advice and information through to delivery the service has been outstanding. Atlas delivery service is excellent too. The sofa is well made and comfortable.

The shop had the exact sofa Evelyn that we had in mind but could not see elsewhere. The service was vey good. Delivery before due date and delivery men were so helpful and polite.

The luxurious sofa we ordered had an estimated lead time of 6-8 weeks. The communication was good and fast till the time we placed the order and then degraded dramatically. Only when I called them to check if the delivery was on track did they inform me that the fabric of our choice was out of stock and so the delivery would be delayed by 2 months. When we decided to cancel the order due to the delay we were told 10% of price would be deducted from our refund. After a number of calls (difficult to reach out to the only sales person they have) they agreed to fully refund us. Not a great experience, the sales person needs to be more approachable and act with integrity!

I was kept informed by email throughout the waiting period. Goods arrived on time and were as expected. Very pleased with the quality too.

Salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Good selection, and good quality merchandise. Sofa was made and delivered on time. Delilvery guys were professional and friendly. The Sofa looks great.

Please do not buy from Darlings of Chelsea unless you want to have poor customer service and delay upon delay etc of drlivery. I ordered a leather sofa 23 Jan 2023. I still havent received it abd the date of delivery continues to change. I have now been informed it maybe delivered to store 29 May but dont hold your breath! What a complete joke of a company!!! order 100034371

I’ve been asked to respond to Darlings by Truspilot about my first review ,I ordered in Jan we received the CRAP on April 21 they were notified immediately with photos sent they agreed to pick them up ,what more is there ,I’d like Darlings to respond to let the people know exactly what happened with the making of the furniture ,I suspected exploitation was going on as the only reason for the furniture to be made this way it was absolutely diabolical,& not to mention the 2 Romanian guys who delivered them these guys were delivering for the first time in my opinion to sum up the experience it appeared everything was done on the cheap I can only tell it like it is . Now if Darlings of Chelsea has a problem with my review take me to court please 🎤out

Customer service was excellent. There was an issue with a chair that was broken in transit. It was sorted out immediately with a replacement. The conversation between customer, Darlings of Chelsea and delivery contractor to resolve the issue was excellent. Cannot expect more

Beautiful showroom. It was clean,tidy and my mother and i was greated with the warmest welcome. Kayleigh made sure my mother was well taken care of and made a stressful situation very enjoyable. She was very knowledgable and patient. Kayleigh introduced us to Martin who helped explain my mums options on the sofa bed. We was allowed to take away samples and Martin took the time to put my mums mind at rest explaining delivery and set up of the sofas. The cup of tea was tasty and i am over the moon my mum was treated so well. Thank you again

I purchased a Holland Sofa and it is beautiful. Super comfy and fits perfectly with the theme of my living room. I visited the Surrey showroom and the team were very helpful but not pushy which was great. I will be returning again soon as I now want a swivel chair and there are a few I have had my eye on!

We are delighted with our new chairs and sofas from Darlings. We purchased a bespoke L shaped Middleton sofa, a leather Studio Cuddler and stool and two bespoke swivel chairs. Service was first class from start to finish and we got excellent advice both in the showroom (Parson's Green) and online. Everything was delivered on time and is beautifully made.
