I have been shopping with Distacart for quite sometime. Happy with their service and the variety of products they sell. The company is genuine and reliable. If the product is not available they are prompt in refunding amount. The team makes every effort to provide substitute (if any) and if it is approved by the buyer. I think I have experienced plenty to believe in their service. Once my parcel got lost but Distacart followed up with the courier and refunded the amount as delivery could not be made. The other time their team also took care of custom clearance in the UK when my package was on hold. I am really happy I found them. Have reffered them to friends in other countries too. Would highly recommended others to shop with them too.

I ordered the 25,30 and 40 medi globules and was bummed when saw a message to expect arrival later than promised , but to my surprise they arrived on time and I was very impressed with the quality of packaging for postage!! It deserves 5 stars! I appreciate that individual bags of globules were packaged in a clear container and bubble wrap to protect the contents! I really appreciate the company’s effort placed into keeping the quality of the product during shipping. I’m looking forward to using them with my AO device!
