The ordered goods got stuck at our country's (EU) customs inspection. When it was ready we didn't take it because the courier service had added large storage charges. We reported it to Distacart and to our surprise, the company immediately paid the amount to customs and the courier service. And we received the ordered package. We thank you for the quick help, for the continuous contact in a friendly manner. We truly appreciate it.

I placed a couple of homeopathic products orders in the past and the service was spectacular. It wasn’t until my second last order, in October, that all started to go down. I paid for express shipping and took double the amount of time to arrive. But at least it arrived. I placed a last order on January 16 and now it’s two weeks later and nothing. I’ve written several times and all I was told was that the order was in Canada on the warehouse. So if it’s here why hasn’t it be shipped to me? At this point, I want my money back and will take my business somewhere else. Their service is unprofessional and disorganized. It’s really not worth the stress and irritation. I will complain to the Better Business Bureau.

ordered some skin care products. sent me fake products. claims to have Kojic acid, trust me no trace of Kojic at all. requested refund and offered to return products. refused, saying we do not accept returns from New Zealand, nothing on website about this. will dispute via my bank. these scammers.

They annoy you to the core if you don’t buy . They use your email, phone number and use cheap tricks to send messages , emails. Once you give your details, they will shadow you like crazy. Stop the intrusion. The prices are exorbitant only good thing is the range of products , otherwise this is a serious shit. First of all fire your marketing or customer service teams who gives you ideas to annoy the customers every day. So please beware and think twice before giving your details.
