First time I ordred at Distacart Possitive suprised very ok prices and very fast delivery for this long distance (India to Denmark) Souper service og communication For me one of the best online webshops

Very bad customer service. They announce that the price includes all transport etc, but I have dept collectors on my neck bcoz distachart do not pay transport cost as per the deal.

The product arrived quickly, well packaged and safe. Thanks to the store for those who packed and took care. I highly recommend Ashmich to purchase products through the site

Extremely dissatisfied from the service. I purchased the wrong baby food and I wanted to return it but they messed me around for nearly 10 days -keep telling me that they will provide me with return label. At the end they said that they cannot provide me with the return label from UK and I need to post that myself to their head office in America. Eventually, I found out that the cost for me to send it to America is more than their price that I paid for the food. The return policy is disgusting. Avoid at any cost!!!

I ordered a some products and it was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days and i never received it when i reached out they said it is delivered. the worst part is the whats app response I received it very insulting. they just said this is closed and we cannot do anything on this. it was so rude they cannot even try to make me understand the process and how they cannot help in this case. my order was worth of 85 dollars and the Order #293144

Their standard of service is second to none! A very reliable Company, cant get to India at the moment so the next best thing, the goods I ordered arrived in a very short space of time even though I am in the UK, very happy with Distacart!"

I've had a few good experiences with them in the past but lately they have been completely unprofessional. It's taking them much longer to ship the products, the products on the website don't guarantee that they have it in stock. Looking for an alternative supplier

I was never aware that I have a subscription active with them. I only noticed when they charge the full yearly amount to my account. I tried to make a purchase and it seems that at the moment I brought there was some subscription activated. I cancel the purchase a few minutes later but they kept the subscription activated. Also, they didn't send any reminders of the subscription trial ending to my account. The moment I got the charge I contact them but they said that it´s not refundable. I never used it and I´m not going to use it... so for them is the perfect business. Don´t buy from them. Not recommended
