I bought products from Distacart.com without taking note of the expiring date. I was contacted by the CEO of Distacart, informing me about the expiring dates of my products. I was so happy because she put my satisfaction first before money. Secondly, after my goods were shipped to me, the custom of my home country demanded I pay for custom duties before I could receive my goods of which i did. The CEO of Distacart contacted me once again concerning the custom duty fees I paid. I sent a receipt of the paid custom duty fees and Distacart refunded the money back to me. Thirdly, the shipping was fast, reliable and free. In a nutshell, my satisfaction was the company´s priority and not money. I will keep shopping with Distacart because they are honest and can be trusted. I know they got my back.
