I found what I wanted at Distacart for a great price and low postage cost. Distacart service and communication has been excellent and the products arrived quickly and very well packaged. I will certainly buy from Distacart again.

Canada | 08 December 2024The worst experience ever. I bought 3 dresses from distacart and I wanted to return a dress because the size didn't fit me. Their site states easy returns. But they haven't mentioned the return address anywhere in their site. I contacted their customer care via email for an exchange for bigger size for one of the dress. They denied exchange. So in that case, i asked to return the product. I even confirmed that i would bear the return cost to USA. But still I haven't got the return address from their team. They keep asking ridiculous questions for days nows but won't share the address for the return. What's the use of stating easy returns on their site but won't share the information for return. It's ridiculous!! Never buying again from here.

The Burfi was beautifully layered, each bite revealing different flavors of nuts and milk. The Kheer was creamy and rich, with just the right hint of cardamom and topped with slivers of almonds. I was particularly impressed by the staff’s passion for their craft; they happily shared stories about how each sweet is made. I appreciated the cleanliness of the shop and the attention to detail in presentation.

My bag was with distacarts not distacart. Be careful of what site you use. My credit card covered me as promised. Be careful peeps.

I didn't get any updates about my order and when I check in to it it's showing that the courier has been delivered one week ago and showing a different address and image of a different house. When I contacted the service team , they're not even responding. Couldn't even access my order through the App.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2024It’s handy to get these products for this price, what a great range, but I am tired of FedEx saying that Distacart have not paid the courier fees, me having to request that Distacart sort it, this time I actually had to pay myself and get Distacart to refund me because they had an admin problem. Not great in regards to sorting their deliveries. ***update*** Thanks for response Distacart, but “ in rare cases where invoices are forwarded to customers, we request them to share the details with us so we can handle the payment.“ - this has happened several times I have ordered in the last 1.5 years

United Kingdom | 08 November 2024Getting No Response / Very Late Response from the Customer Service Usually I'm a very happy customer of Distacart since last few years - Whenever I have had any queries, they always replied prompt & tried their best to feel me happy & satisfied being their customer. This time I've sent them emails on their different email addresses with my recent queries but no response until I had to go on their Instagram inbox & ask them for help. Than a lady answered me on Instagram & also my email. Today again I received an email from the customer service which I didn't get what they exactly mean by that so sent them again an email with my humble request to explain me what they mean by that email, & guess what? Again No Reply !!! NOT HAPPY WITH MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE AT ALL UPDATE: Distacart Team contacted me at my request via email & apologised themself for a delay in communication. They assured me that this will not happen again🤞🏼 After they got in touch with me, the whole process from ordering the medicines to the parcel delivery, everything was done so smoothly. Even they called me also to discuss about a medicine which was out of the stock at that moment. Thank you Distacart for a hassle free delivery 🚚 👍🏼
