The shipping company delivered my package to the wrong address which they provided a picture of and it had the address on the door frame, which wasn’t my address that I ordered to. I emailed the company, I was asked to send them a picture of my house door, which shouldn’t have been needed because the shipping company provided the picture of delivering my package to the wrong address but I still sent it. I was told they’d get back to me on 1-2 days. I waited 3 days after not hearing from them and emailed them again to ask about the status and I got no response from them. Save your time and energy and not order from these people.

I placed an order since October 16 and today I actually received an email that I would receive my order. I see that the order is being returned to the sender because it only has a zip code and no home address at all. What bad and careless mistakes you are making. .This is the first time I have experienced such a mistake.I paid €115 for this order.I will never order from this website again!!!

Distacart is one of the rare companies which truly take care of your order till it reaches your doorstep. I faced issues with the customs/tax as first as I had ordered from Europe. FedEx sent me invoice in order to pay extra charge for customs/tax. However, I communicated that with Distacart people and they took fast action and complete care of that. Hence no extra payment was needed from my side. I can only recommend Distacart in case you thrive for any herbal medicine. I have been using 2 products from them (Flexibility and Weight balance) for over a month now and can already feel the difference regarding my joints mobility. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer... your website subscribed me to products that I did not want and refuse to give me a refund. Your business practices are deceptive and customer service unsatisfactory. There is nowhere on the website where I can see my active subscriptions... or even cancel it or change/delete my payment method. This site is a major scam driving business unwanted subscriptions.. And when I requested to cancel my account... They wanted an explanation and would not do it... They sent me the following message "We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel the account. Please do not worry there will be recurring orders placed again" So, I guess they can't even cancel my account
