Fake site. Don't order. Stupid people handling the orders. I ordered an item which was supposed to be pack of Five and received only one. It's mistake from their side and I keep calling them to resolve the issue. And all i am getting is our team is working on it, our team will get back to you....and they never do a thing. What's their team? Of one person? It's not called a team bro. I lost my customer due to this fake people.

Been shopping at Distacart for years, now. They keep their promises. If I have problems with customs, they make-it-right. Huge selections. Prices on premium products are lower than anywhere else. I never received my order. I was not able to track the order online and when i called they said it has been delivered. I received some Iranian piatascios instead of clothes in some delivery I received today from Delhi. It says women's dress in a corner on the label. Not sure if Distacart sent the nuts of the dresses ( worth over 40$) Wondering if they are scammers.

PATHETIC... WORST and FRUSTRATING SERVICE. 3 days they told me that they are working with logistic department and when I escalated then they told me that my parcel sent with standard shipping instead of priority shipping for which they charged me separately...It seems me kind of bluff..

This is regarding order no#1015 I haven't cancelled my order but I received a mail from you guys stating that it's been cancelled on my request, and it also says that you've refunded my money which I haven't received.. I am just wondering why is it so??? And when I am trying to contact you on your given mail address my mail is not getting delivered stating that it's a wrong email address. Kindly please deliver my order or else refund my money soon as possible. If you people will do like this.. How to trust you guys???
