Excellent service! Unfortunately the delivery got stuck in customs and never arrived to me in Germany. But this was not the fault of Distacart. All the staff of Distacart was very quick in responding, helping and at the end in refunding the payment. Overall an excellent service!

I honestly have to say that the service and professional manner of Distacart is exceptional. We were always notified at which stage our order was, and the after delivery service was also very good. They take real care and concern for the purchaser, and our package arrived in excellent order, well packed.

Really happy with my purchase! I have been buying the 3pk of Chandrika Ayurvedic Soap for more than 2 years. I normally buy multiple packs at a time online through ebay from an Australian based company and have never had a problem. I have bought the last two orders from Distacart which is based overseas so it takes longer to arrive but it has been the only place I could buy what I normally would buy in the last 6 months. Really happy with the service and with tracking on the package I was able to check the progress of its Journey anytime I wanted. Thank you to all the friendly staff at Distacart!

UPDATE 2- 16 July 2024 I have contacted Distacart and provided photos of the items but they keep asking me to get in contact. What exactly do I need to do ?????? Please provide a refund if you can't resolve this. UPDATE 1 I contacted Distacart and provided them with photos of the items. Waiting for their reply. I bought a Pomcha Jaipur Angrakha (paid $175 so not a cheap item) from Distacart with other items. Total over $300. A few weeks later, I received a very small box that Distacart had squeezed all these items into. The clothes are so wrinkled. I could hardly believe I paid over $300 for these items I have sent photos of the product to you. Also, the item looks scruffy like its been worn or has been on display. What are you going to do about that???

The company sells fake products. I ordered a product called "miduty" from this website. However, I received a product with a seal that was opened, and the inside medicine was not the same as the original. The seal on the bottle did not appear to be original, as it looked like it had been stuck on separately with glue. I have been using Miduty products for almost a year and have never received any product with a broken seal. When I contacted customer service, they replied saying that customs had opened the package. The customer service was poor; their only response was "Thanks for the understanding." I strongly advise against buying anything from Distacart, as they seem to be selling fake products.

Really bad experience. I had ordered some Ayurvedic products from this site. They had not sent me the products and also not refunded the money. Their app is pathetic - something and website as well. It’s really difficult to communicate. My order was worth xx € and they refunded me 1€ I am not sure in which world this is not a fraud

I ordered mama earth products from distacart, received 2-3 days back and when I checked out of 8 products 5 were manufactured more than a year and a half ago, and when I sent them an email, they asked me for the pictures of the products. After sending pictures, I got an answer- thanks for understanding and for future orders they will keep that in mind Poor customer service
