I recently ordered from this provider twice. The first order went off without a hitch. The second order, which I ordered to be delivered by Courier, was marked as dispatched 8 days ago and hasn't arrived. Tracking info for the package was not shared as it was on my first order and the purpose for ordering the order has now passed. I have been trying to get an update/get tracking info now for half a week and no one has ever answered the phone or gotten back to my messages in their message box. Still waiting for a response to refund request, quite annoyed.

Huge size , I honestly think I'm not going to need to buy anything else like it and just grab some extra foam trays depending. Good quality although the front flat is *just* big enough to fit a codex in - that being said there's enough space in the actual bag to shove it in no problem at all. worth every penny
