The delivery was very qucik right before Christmas.

I’d ordered a new case for my legion collection, expecting it to arrive after Xmas as i only ordered it on the 16th of December and only paid for standard delivery. Extremely happily and unexpectedly it arrived on my doorstep on the 18th, along with the nice surprise of an extra foam tray. Great communication throughout the delivery as well really helped with the experience. Will definitely use again when I need to.

Took a 1 - 1.5 weeks to come with no communication or dispatch/delay notifications. However, when it did arrive the foam was exactly what I ordered and they're my go-to for foam trays and bags, as reasonably priced and nice quality foam (if you ignore the whispy bits of glue)

The cases are always very good, however this time there was a delay in shipping as they had run out of one of their foam trays due to high demand. This is understandable but I had to contact them to find out any information as I was not informed that there would be additional delays to shipping. If there is likely to be a delay beyond expectations, it should be standard practice to inform the customer.
