I placed an order on January 21st for Dulux moda pale mink paint. I received my order 2 days later by post. I am so impressed with the service and the fact that ye actually posted the order to me, I am very grateful. Dulux have stopped the moda range and I was a little short on what I already had to finish the room. I actually found a company 45 miles from where i live (Connemara, Co. Galway) that had 1 in stock but they would not deliver, eventhough i offered to pay extra. The packaging was so secure, tonnes of bubble wrap, little clips that keep the lid secure and tonnes on paper around the tin.. really really happy overall and will be ordering again for my decor needs.

I was specifically looking for Moda French Mist I know it is discontinued and searched the internet to find it, your store advertised as having it showing the tin I was looking for. I live in Kildare and could have got the Dulux mix range in ten of stores near me. The paint is a different shade so a waste of my time, journey and money. It really was false advertising I’m really raging with your store. Michael it’s a pity you don’t put up all the correspondence between us since you contacted me about . You didn’t mention your web page was updated since I ordered. Your order department took it upon themselves to supply me with a product I did not order. As requested by me after many many emails between us, because I found your customer service manner unacceptable and downright rude and to refrain from emailing me again.
