Dealing with this company was, by far the worst experience on my life. I’m not even sure if I can call them a company, or if they are a scam scheme to take money from people. I kindly requestes to the material to be delivered at wednesday afternoon with 3 days of antecipation, because I don’t live at the property and I don’t have anyone to receive it. The material has a delivery attempted on Wednesday morning and I wasn’t there to get it. I called to explain the situation and they told that they couldn’t do anything regarding this, I explained that I won’t be there in the property again, and that the guy will be there to painting soon, so either this or I could get my money back to buy with a company that could garantee the delivery. One of the owners, Sean, was incredly disrespectful with me, he never allowed me to speak and I wondering if it is because he heard my foreign accent, he told me that I won’t get my money back and that what happened was, quoting, “my fault”. I just want to warn you that this is the treatment that you’ll get if you decide to buy something with them, they are nothing more than amateurs. They will take your money to not deliver your product, and blame you for their lack of professionalism. Probably they will answer this with a standard answer telling about their terms and conditions to blame the customer their scam scheme. I’ll have to open a law process to get my money back, because they are denying it.

Service was excellent. Discounts applied were great. Collection was fast and friendly. Then, through some mix up, my card was charged twice for the same order. Now 5 days later, I am still waiting for the refund to appear with no contact from the store. I am sure it will be OK as they are a reputable company but the silence always raises concerns.

I had problems with a paint I purchased. To say the aftercare and service was excellent is an understatement. I will be back for my next purchase.
