The site makes it very easy to buy giftcards but doesn't tell you that many sites do not accept them.

I've gotten gift cards from the company before through email and they have been very speedy and efficient.

can't use card on any site due to expiration date is 00/00. customer service number might as well not have one can't get to no one. card seem to be useless. Almost feel like being rob.

Guys avoid this site at all costs!! I ordered one card there for $55 got it several hours later. Ordered another one for $120 they never sent nothing, no email confirmation of the order, yet they still charged me. They won't help at all and keep saying the same thing that they can't find the order. Absolute scam of a company do not buy!!

Purchased a $250 card and cannot use it. Doesn't recognize it and keeps giving me an invalid message. Giftcards.com has ignored all emails and we consistently get the run around when calling. They are ripping people off and getting away with it. BUYER BEWARE.

I don't like that every gift card comes in an individual envelope. I would prefer they were put together by amounts so there would only be one or two envelopes depending on the cards I order.

Last update 9/17/24: it finally released. I'm not sure why so many issues. I will go another route next time. Update. 9/26/24-There is still a hold on my payment method (for over a week) but no product. Very frustrating. Please release the hold. Frustrating. Twice now they've given me issues.
