Job done ok but cost me fuel as job done so far away. Can’t fault work just WHY not given to a local workshop?

I can't give zero stars, they don't deserve one! A company to be avoided at all times, this view is supported by the garages they use. Terrible service, no communication, then when you get hold of them it they tell you it's the garage's fault when the poor garage is chasing MRN. The garage gets the blame while MRN just lie to people.

Excellent repair and quality they even hoovered my car for me I’m very happy with the level of service I have had from them. Hope I don’t have another accident however if I do I know I’ll be well taken care of.

Motor repair network are rubbish, they took 6 months to repair my car.

WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO UNDERTAKE AN INSURANCE REPAIR & AGREED THE 60 DAY PAYMENT TERMS - THEY DON'T PAY, THEY DON'T HAVE AN AVAILABLE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT, IF YOU CALL THE AUTHORISING ENGINEERS THEY CLAIM TO HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBERS

Absolute disaster. They couldn't find a repairer, and when they did said I couldn't have the courtesy car that my insurance is meant to provide. Eventually, they decided to arrange a repair and then kept promising to have the car back to me for several days. Waited at home days on end after being assured the car would be returned that day, but they hadn't bothered to arrange it each time. Hours on the phone. Days waiting around. Just wasted time and energy and broken promises. They're indifferent and mostly incompetent. Avoid if you can.

this company works together with marshmallow insurance company, they mock the client in full!

I’m about to go in… 12+ months my car has been in repair. The reason to the accident which was the steering rack, they would not authorise even though HGV solutions had told them it’s dangerous to be on the road. They making every argument not to repair the steering rack. The garage had advised them to change this asap. They’ve spent more on my courtesy car than the actual repairs which is insane in itself. Would not recommend for anyone to go get this third party to handle your repairs due to lack of care and duty to the customers. I’ve called up consistently every week and the same result, “not sure what’s going on with the car”. Funny you have one job and can’t do a good job of it. I called in today and they said the case is closed… my car is still in the garage?! What a joke of a company. Can’t even do the basics correctly and now they’re releasing my car with a fault which can potentially cause danger to me and my son. Worst experience I’ve had ever with any third party repairer. That goes for the insurance marshmallow too. Wouldn’t recommend them either.

My car went in for repair after a non fault accident, garage assigned by the insurers. It came back with deep scratches to the rear passenger window that it certainly didn’t go in there with, as shown in the collection report. When you rub your finger over them you can feel them there that deep, scratches like something had been scraped off the car. All logged on the forms at handover I was told I had to sign. I was told I’d get a call, I didn’t. I emailed - no reply. Absolute shambles of a company!

Car was damaged 11 th August 2023 had to get RAC to pick it up as they couldent let me know when they could. Could not get through by phone it was messenger only told it was in a queue for repair finally got my car back 18th October 2023
