My experience with Motor Repair Network was outstanding. All work carried out was to the highest standard, all communication was clear and precise and customer care was exceptional they went to great lengths to help make the process run smoothly and dealt with my very uncooperative insurance company for me. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great from start to finish . Kept up to date with everything. Very polite people and helpful. Did a great job on my car looks brand new !! Very happy , highly recommended.

Had no contact with the company that is supposed to be doing the work on my car. It has been over a month now and all i had is one phone call at the moment very beginning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would these people have had my car since march and finally when my was ready on 30th of August. I still have not had my car back and they keep telling me they will sort it when they can it's now the 1st of October and still no car. I will not be tolerating more crap and lies from these people.

I wish I could give zero stars as this company are a joke. My motability car needs repairing, rapid repair have all the details photos everything. They said repair can be done on my drive, The first engineer says he cannot repair the car on my drive and rapid repair will be notified. They send a second company who also turn up and say it can't be done on drive. Rapid repairs response to this....... we'll refund excess fo back to your insurers

If I could give zero stars, I would. Motor Repair Network are acting on behalf of my insurance company. The customer service staff are rude and dreadful to deal with it. Literally lying to my face about my repair. Haven't had access to my car for over 6 months and still nowhere near

Worst company ever. They ar3 dealing on a behalf of Marshmallow and dont dont care, they treat people bad and zero customer service. They tell you that they will do one thing and they dont.

A follow up to the problem contacting this Company. If you are a Motobility customer and are still having problems ring Motobility Operations you may have to hold on but it's worth it. They contacted the insurance company and got me an Update very helpful. These problems are known by Motobility hence they are changing insurance companies. Good luck.

My car was parked outside my house in my disabled bay, some drugged up idiot smashed it at about 70mph, knocked the car into my next door neighbor's driveway, I had my car 8 days 328 miles on the clock! The recover guy picked my car up same day of accident 30/7 at time of this review the car is still in the recovery yard not moved, recovery man said it would be a write off, several mechanics I've spoke to have said it would be a write off, I was told that car would be picked up on the 21/8 that moved to the 25/8, the car has still not moved!! I spoke to RSA and they told me they had to put a complaint in and they have 3 working days to resolve the issue, surprise surprise no contact, I will be calling tomorrow to get the car removed from this awful awful company!! If you try to phone them I was on hold without speaking to anyone for 2 hours and over and hour a couple of times, the only way to get hold of them is through Facebook messenger, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! Surely this company needs reporting to trading standards, I have seen that they have 200 reviews with a 97% 1 star review, how are they still operating, trust me if I could I'd be giving you a rating of -100!!! This company needs taking down I pray I never have to deal with you again Awful awful awful

I am motability car owner. Had an accident reported it to the Insurance Company who use this awful company to repair the car. I keep ringing and holding for 50 minutes at a time. What are we supposed to do!! I am due a new car in January and was told the damage may not affect the good condition payment but I think it will

Would give zero star if possible, after 3 mo the been fobbed off by email, eventually 3rd party company was employed, had to drive 40 mile round trip to get car damage accessed, after been given date to take car in, again another 40 mile round trip, no curtesy car available, RSA refuse to accept any liability, as with other reviews MRN will not pick up their phone. Due to pick up mew car soon, maybe just leave car with garage and pass it back to motorbility with repair uncompleted, awful company

I am on motability and someone crashed into my car whilst parked at night. I was giving this company phone number and reference and they wont even answer the phone. I have no way of knowing what is happening and have been left unable to leave the house and no courtesy car has been arranged for me. Appalling customer service.
