This item never arrived because I cancelled the order. Yet they charged my credit card for it. Which is ridiculous because they sent me an email saying that it is it going to be charged.

40 screws made it time consuming, but it was easy.

The wrong umbrella was sent. After I contacted customer service they told me to return the umbrella in the original packaging. My husband had already put the box out in the recycling. I had no way to return it, they had me take photos of the upc code on the box and description but according to this customer service person he didn’t know why the wrong one was sent and told me there was nothing he could do about it. After A little more discussion he offered me 10% off, which turned out to be six dollars. I’ve purchased from this company several times in the past and never had an issue and I’m disappointed that they couldn’t send me the proper umbrella and I could send the incorrect one back in the box that they sent the new one in.

first of all, you aren't able to speak to someone. I purchased an umbrella and it is difficult to open & close with the handle. Ihave sent an email & never received a reply. I believe there is something wrong w/the mechanism inside the handle.

Great porch bench - heavy duty, comfortable and easy to put together.

The style, quality and price of the patio furniture set were all great. The delivery was much quicker than expected. The assembly took some time but might be expected for a good quality set at a low price. And this all with free shipping. Durability might be an issue but so far, so good.
