Followed link for £5 silver coin. Free Offer said only 1 person household, only pay postage and packing £2.50. Website very deceptive and controlling. Eventually got to payment page. Used Google wallet and site did not prompt for verification. Redirected immediately to a page selling other coins. Started again and same again. Now have 2 payments completed on my bank account but no coins delivered. No email confirmation hence no reference number. Been a week. Will wait a bit more then will try to contact this company.

Shane went over and above to help me with my missing coin to complete my collection and then went on to help me with the sovereigns that I wanted. He was very helpful and attentive.

I've been collecting Elvis plectrum coins. Overpriced for rolled gold but I like them none the less. My gripe is and they don't mention this till you have collected most, the last coin is solid 9 carat gold at a whopping £600 and odd pounds? The coin weighs 7.8 grams which equates to about £200 worth of gold. That is a massive mark up. Needles to say my collection will always remain incomplete. I probably wouldn't have started the collection had I known. One last thing, although it's a London number when they call you, they are quite clearly calling from Wales, either that or the London Mint Office only employs Welsh people? Update! I just believed the last coin (9 carat gold) was an optional extra and the collection would be completed with another layered gold coin (more affordable). I have sent my details to prove my review is genuine.

.I had ordered a coin and paid for it(the 3rd in my collection). and two weeks later I was sent an email saying that payment was due!! So I contacted them via online chat and spoke to Shane. who was very professional in his job and sorted out the problem in no time. I have no hesitation in dealing with this company. and have already got a great coin collection.

This fabulous 'Elvis Presley' plectrum has now been gifted to one of the worlds most famous guitarists.. EVER! He loves it and I hope that someday, some keen eyed fan spots. It's fabulous! 👍
