I attended an Emergency First Aid course at Cornwall Training yesterday and I was really impressed in the company, Amy and Oli. The course was really informative and I learned so much, I would highly recommend everyone attend a first aid course, to gain invaluable knowledge that can help every business, customers and individuals.

I attended Emergency First Aid at Work training at Cornwall Training yesterday. I was worried as I am not a great in class learner. However, I had nothing to be worried about. The class was informative yet comfortable and relaxed. The instructor, Olly, showed various videos of real life situations, explained it though the processes and why. Throughout each section, he made sure we understood the reasoning behind every step and pointed out key things not to do but also made sure it that if we were in a situation without certain kit, what to use or how to make ease the situation. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I attended an Emergency First Aid at Work Course. To be honest, I was kind of dreading it, but it had to be done. My past experiences of these courses are that it is a tick box exercise to make some else happy and with a few days to Christmas I could think of a few other things I would rather be doing. How wrong was I, The Cornwall Training Company and particularly Amy and Oli were fantastic. They made the subject matter interesting if a little gory for my weak stomach. It was full of useful tips and real-world experiences which were very relatable. I came away from the course with the feeling I could really help someone if needed and Oli gave me the confidence not to be the guy that just stood at watched as someone needed help. The centre was excellent despite having to follow Covid rules which meant interaction with other attendees was harder. Big thanks to Oli for a great day and Amy and The Cornwall Training Company for making us so welcome. Totally recommend a conversation with Amy and get yourself booked in.

Excellent facilities, training was top notch. Help was given to my dyslexic daughter with reading the questions. We both were made to feel welcome. Trainers included everyone in the group .

An awesome team with great trainers. I've completed two pre-hospital courses with them so far with a third booked, they're definitely my go-to for the foreseeable future. Staff at every level are always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable on their subjects. Facilities are ideal for the courses being taught with a good mixture of classroom theory, practical, and outdoor scenarios.
