Always good quality and service

Love going to Bents. Enjoy the food, although it is pricey it is good quality and most times it is plentiful (although I have had a server that didn't give a decent serving). The staff are friendly and I enjoy looking around the various departments and one can often find items that are not available in other shops.

Staff are fab and sooo helpful and knowlageable food however …. Don’t have the duck salad special though in the restaurant it will bring tears to your eyes so vinegary and sour made my eyes twitch Bleurgh

Sorry about the delay in leaving a review. We called and ate at Bents and were blown away by the high standards and quality of your food. Not only the deliciousness of the food but by the portions. You don't leave Bents hungry.I had the special Lasagne and boy was it special. Probably the best I have ever eaten. I look forward to visiting again. Well done to the chef and thankyou.

Not vert good really not heard anything about my order on line and is a couple of weeks ago now

Absolutely fantastic customer service. My Life Timber table top has peeled and looks unsightly, I emailed and asked for replacement as it is still in warranty. Within 15 minutes of emailing Jane replied back and informed me they would get supplier to send out replacement. That's what you call proper customer service.

As usual the service we received when visiting the store was very good.Been in the store many times during the sale and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The ease of buying - from enquiring at customer services, through to collecting from the warehouse. And the price was way cheaper than anywhere else!!

Fantastic garden centre selling a huge range of plants and garden equipment. Great selection of home wears and clothing. Food hall selling fresh produce along with a butchers and a deli. Very nice restaurant and cafe. Very well maintained and laid out. Well worth a visit.

It’s an absolute pleasure to visit Bents!!!! I love every area of this wonderful ‘Store’!!!!!!!! (High Class Establishment)!!! The displays in the Garden area are beautiful! The Food Hall tempts the tastebuds in every direction!! Wish the Ladies clothes area was bigger, but it is very appealing!! The soft furnishings, candles, ornaments and unusual and ornate dried flowers & plants are amazing!!!! Think you can tell that I Love Bents!!!!!!!! 💕

I highly recommend bents were kept updated about your order and delivery was only £15 to Northern Ireland as many company’s won’t ship to ni or the rate is ridiculous also really well packaged definately use again 😃
