The quality and range of the products is very good and the ingredients used are spelt out. Delivery is prompt arriving reliably 2-3 days from ordering. I would have given 5 stars if the recycling scheme had been retained; scrapping this was a great pity.

I am not so happy with the new logic devices. I prefer the smaller ones I was not given a choice and the new ones are too strong. I tried to contact you to send back the horrid 18mg that were only available at the time twice no response. I am not happy. Even the 12mg are too strong I just didn’t get any input from you and was just finding what I wanted unavailable and had to put up with what was there

1. Easy to order online 2. New improved devices...far superior than their previous model. 3. Like the flavour of their vapes and nicotine free choice. I have been a customer for many years. My gripe at the moment is that an order I placed on 29/11 was sent early in December with a money off voucher that expired 30/11...already out of date! I sent two emails about this to Customer Services and received no reply. Come on LOGIC pull your socks up. These vouchers normally entitle you to 20% off, so make a lot of difference to a regular customer.
