From order to delivery is very fast, customer services are very helpful. Reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is I am very disappointed they decided to discontinue the recycling of pods and the issue of the new battery and charger, cannot get to grips with it, really do not like it so am using my old batteries for as long as they last.
