Pros - Always prompt delivery, always get a discount voucher for next purchase, I've had to phone orders a couple of times and the handlers are so helpful. Cons - price increases, voucher discounts reduced from 20%to 15%, limited flavours in 6mg capsules.

We have used logic vapes for more than a year now and although we prefer the old style vape device we know that Logic have to improve so the new device now vibrates after 15 puffs so you would have finished a cigarette! Very clever stuff, it also lets you know how much charge the device has if you tap it on your hand. There is a good choice of pod flavours with very competitive prices and the service is excellent. It usually takes two days from ordering to receipt. The customer service is also excellent, professional, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend both product and Logic themselves.

I am probably your longest serving customer spending £50 a month for over 10 years and vaping for 15 ( no health issues whatsoever in this media frenzy you are in at the moment but nobody asks which is strange)… so Almost good , the product is fantastic, the website is almost bearable but could be great with a few simple changes , ( ordering on your phone is better now but real issues at one stage when I had to phone Ps the girls are great and always sort it out)the lack of flavours in 12 mg is irritating and not sure it is right that you only can get some in 18mg , the new device is not user friendly and my last order had no voucher for 20%off as it was missing , have you stopped them ??
