This new vape, the ridiculous so called charger has to be perfectly balanced, as keeps falls out! Try that whilst driving a car. I was rinsed of e25 for this, as for the pods, they have a disgusting burned flavour & taste. Daylight robbery & don't bother with a patronising response

Recently the delivery of your product has been awful- we have now had to change brands. We used to be able to order and get within a couple of days and now it is taking weeks to arrive. The customer service at logic are helpful but the delivery service should allow us to chose other than Royal Mail. We love using logic but will now have to consider moving to another brand where we can at least purchase in a supermarket as logic confirm they no longer stock shops and are solely online. Please consider a different delivery method so we can remain loyal customers!

I love the old logic compact and the flavors but the new moove and pods are awful

Purchased a Logic Moov Starter Kit and a couple of packets of extra pods. The device itself is decent, but the pods are useless. 4 different flavours and all have the same dull burnt flavour. Was expecting more from "intense" flavours. Disappointing experience overall

New vape device is poor in comparison to the old one. New vape liquid tastes bad. Since your old product was so good and this one is so bad why not just admit it and give us back a product that we loved?

New logic device….! Don’t fix what’s not broke. Why discontinue a perfectly good product which people love and replace it with something many people including myself feel is inferior. Answer please?
