Your new products are too complicated to use.

I have used the old version of logic compact vape for about 3-4 years and loved it at first and bought every colour they used to do, including two diamante ones. Unfortunately bit by bit they were not able to replace them when they stopped working. When the new version came out I ordered 2 and sadly I do not have the right connection to charge them and the charger just doesn't stay on - with the two remaining older ones I have no problem as the charger cable fits perfectly to the vape and my connection. Sadly not happy and will be returning them

The new style devices, do not stay charged as long as the old ones did, really disappointed with these i'm afraid. Will not be purchasing again.

Fast, reliable service, customer services replied to my enquiry promptly. New Logic vape, is very different and not as user-friendly, long lasting or beneficial as the previous logicpro.

Big mistake by changing the logic device and discontinuing the original version. The new product doesn’t charge properly and the battery doesn’t last very long. I did buy another just to check I hadn’t been sold a fault device but this also didn’t help. Will not be a customer any more.

Arrived quite quickly, just in time , also savings on bundle

I have used logic for many years. Despite them keep discontinuing the device I have been using, I have stuck with them using the latest device. But no more. Was told the new pods would work with the old compact battery. They don't, at least not for me. I therefore got the new device which is terrible. It is difficult to charge and when you do, the battery doesn't last that long and the taste of the pods is awful. It's time for me to say goodbye Logic.
