So I couldn't serve it at a planned dinner party and had to wait days for the wine to be replaced by the original order. Not a good service.

The fact that Charles remembered my style of wine in itself was impressive. The wine was exactly as he described and was lovely. Easy to buy and the delivery was prompt and pain free.
