Didn't get the shoes I ordered, different model AND different brand! I hope Fabrucci can solve this in a correct way! And they did! Happy with my correct shoes!

I have been dealing with Deirdre in Fabucci since 2004 and on every occasion It was a pleasure and done with such efficency. I don't live near the shop so everything is shipped to me very quickly. Would'nt buy my shoes anywhere else!!

Fabucci responded to my review and were very apologetic regarding not having the boots I ordered in stock. In my opinion it’s good customer service on their part and I will shop there again
